Cultivate Health & Vitality with Qigong
Using Movement, Breath, Meditation and Self-Applied Massage we relax, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of Qi through the body to optimize health, cultivate vitality and build health resiliency.
We may incorporate movements from a variety of traditions, with an emphasis on the whole body circular and spiral movements from the Wild Goose Qigong
Qigong practice may: Reduce effects of stress • Activate natural healing mechanisms. • Optimize immune function • Lower incidence of upper respiratory infections such as colds and flu • Build balance, flexibility, strength & agility.
