*No prior experience is necessary - All ages and levels are welcome

Staying true to the principles of the longer tai chi forms, the 5 Tai Chi Easy™ movements developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD make it easy and fun to experience the benefits of tai chi right from the beginning.

This practice helps increase joint flexibility, balance, circulation, range of motion and maintain muscle strength. It also soothes and rewires the nervous system and increases cognitive function and brain plasticity.

Dates: January 31, February 7 (2 Thursdays)

Time: 9AM - 10AM

Location: 2266 California St. San Francisco 94115 (ring bell on touch screen on right side of building for entry)

Cost: $ $25 for single class drop-in or $45 for 2 remaining classes in this series
