Staying true to the principles of the longer tai chi forms, the 5 Tai Chi Easy™ movements developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD make it easy and fun to experience the benefits of tai chi right from the beginning.
This practice helps increase joint flexibility, balance, circulation, range of motion and maintain muscle strength. It also soothes and rewires the nervous system and increases cognitive function and brain plasticity.
Dates: January 17, 24, 31, February 7 (4 Thursdays)
Time: 9AM - 10AM
Location: 2266 California St. San Francisco 94115 (ring bell on touch screen on right side of building for entry)
Cost: $90 for the remaining 4 classes in this series or $25 for single class drop-in. (Drop-ins are welcome but I highly recommend that you attend the full series, if possible
