Wild Goose Qigong is a movement-oriented qigong known for its lovely and graceful movements that suggest the image of an innocent and carefree wild goose. Learn Wild Goose 1, the most well known form in the Wild Goose Qigong system.

The Wild Goose is known for its grace, strength and longevity. Daoist monks are said to have combined the beautiful movements of the wild goose with their knowledge of energy pathways in the body to create this form which is highly valued for its health benefits

Wild Goose Qigong uses whole body circular and spiral movements to move and direct the Qi inside the body.

A very powerful and enjoyable practice.

Reduce stress, and feel more ease in your body as you practice the beautiful movements in this form which also increase balance, strength, agility and flexibility.

Qigong’s very powerful techniques of breathing, movement and mental focus can help anyone achieve and maintain better energy balance and with that higher levels of performance.

Beginners and continuing students are welcome.
