Using Movement, Breath, Mediation and Self-Applied Massage, we will relax our minds and bodies, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of Qi throughout the body to optimize our health and strengthen our immune systems.

We all are susceptible to getting sick, but if you have a strong immune system, you will have less chance of falling ill …And if you do get sick, you will likely have a milder illness and quicker recovery.

Join me for Qigong on Saturday Mornings in Lafayette Park. We will keep a 'safe social distance' to ensure everyone's safety. Relax, reduce stress and feel more ease in your body as you practice these beautiful movements which also increase balance, strength and flexibility naturally.
