Optimize your health & Enhance your Immune function with Qigong

Keeping a ‘safe social distance’, we will use Movement, Breath, Mediation and Self-Applied Massage to relax mind and body, break up stagnation and facilitate the movement of Qi through the body to Optimize health and strengthen our immune systems.

We all are susceptible to getting sick, but if you have a strong  immune system, you will have less chance of you falling ill … And if you do get sick, you will likely have a milder illness and quicker recovery.

•By initiating the relaxation response, Qigong is proven to reduce the effects of stress and activate natural healing mechanisms.

•There is evidence that Qigong practice strengthens the immune system and lowers the incidence of upper respiratory infections such as colds and flu.
